What country are you from and where do you live?

I was born in Italy.  I am currently residing in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

Title of what you do and the company you work with?

I am the owner of Ricci Hair Company.

Education background (Hair school, art school, no school)?

I was a heavy duty mechanic before turning to hair school.  I completed the hairdressing program at Marvel College in Edmonton before attending school at Vidal Sassoon in London.

What is your signature style/artistic expression?

Avant Garde with a commercial twist

What was your career turning point/your big break?

Winning Canadian Hairdresser of the Year and North American Hairdresser of the Year.

What was your scariest and proudest moment in your career?

Scariest and proudest was being on the main stage at the ABA for the first time.  It was my biggest show all on my own and a huge turning point in my career.

What is next for your career goals?

I will be continuing to build up my staff and work closely with Flow, a great Canadian hair company.

What advice would you give to someone starting out in your business?

Whether you think you can or cannot, you’re right!
