Education:

I studied in Bucharest at Studio Wella and in London at Vidal Sassoon as well as Mazella & Partners. I started my career in 2001 as a hairdresser. I work haircuts but also color in salons and in academies. Since 2012, I have opened my own salon and academy, Artist Salon & Academy, in Bucharest.

Career Highlights:

My most important creative moment was winning the Silver Trend Vision Award in Madrid and the People’s Choice in 2012. Also, in 2012 Grand Prize Geneva Sp Men Competition.

Signature Style:

My signature, with which I have consecrated myself, is the fusion of color and haircut in a creative approach taken to the next level.

Career Turning Point:

The Wella global campaigns I worked on in 2014, Eimi Shoot in Berlin and Color Motion 2019 in Hamburg, were very important for my international career.

Influencers on Your Career:

People influenced my career at the beginning. When I got involved in this industry, Dana Wella, Romania Manager and Roxana Oprea were my first mentors.

Proudest Moment:

The proudest moment in my career was winning ITVA Silver and People’s Choice 2012 in Madrid in front of 2000 people and AHS London 2019 Cut & Color Women at Royal Albert Hall in front of 3000 people, who applauded my success.

Next Steps to Your Career:

I like to educate and inspire the new generations of hairdressers, and I think it is important to educate and inspire the new ones who will be the next generations of artists. At the same time, I like to continue being competitive and I think I still have a word to say and compete in international competitions.

Advice to Others:

A first piece of advice is to have a mentor to guide him in the beginning, then to be persistent and ambitious. The road is long and beautiful, and he deserves every sacrifice he will make for this job!
