MEET THE 2025 JUDGES
Pablo Kuemin
Pablo Kuemin, an award-winning hairstylist now based in Paris, began his career in 2008 at Kuhn Intercoiffure in Switzerland, where his talent quickly stood out. By his second year as an apprentice, he was already an assistant trainer—a passion for teaching that still drives his work. Within three years, he earned eight significant awards and became the youngest hairdresser ever inducted into the Hall of Fame. During this time, he also cut wigs for cancer and alopecia patients through a charitable organization, developing a unique approach to wigs that has inspired stylists worldwide. In 2012, Pablo became the Art Director for Haar Vital, a global leader in medical wigs, leading international campaigns and designing wigs for the fashion and film industries while collaborating with industry icons like Eugene Souleiman and Gary Gill. In 2015, he moved to London and worked as the first assistant to Eugene Souleiman for over three and a half years while building his career and gaining recognition for his innovative techniques. Now represented by R-3 Management, Pablo collaborates with leading publications like American Vogue, Italian Vogue, and i-D and luxury brands such as Hermès, AMI, and Mulberry. His wig artistry spans medical, editorial, and runway industries, with his creations featured at the Getty Museum in collaboration with Tim Walker. One of his pieces recently sold for €14,000 at a Sotheby’s auction during Art Basel.

Efi Davies
Efi Davies, the current Avant-Garde Hairdresser of the Year, is undoubtedly an innovator in hairdressing. Globally celebrated for her groundbreaking avant-garde techniques and exceptional skill in braiding and hair-up styles, her international acclaim is reflected in the numerous prestigious awards she has earned. She is renowned for her unique artistry within hair, and her creative energy and individuality push the boundaries of session styling, positioning her as a major member of the multi-award-winning TONI&GUY International Artistic Team. Giuseppe is the Creative Director at Trevor Sorbie and a true creative force in the hair industry. In 2021, he was honored with two prestigious awards at The It List, a platform celebrating emerging talent in UK and Irish hairdressing under 30. Additionally, in 2023, he joined yuv® as a Colour Ambassador, aiming to promote sustainable practices in professional hair colouring.

Anna Chapman
Anna began her career at Trevor Sorbie at the age of 19, quickly rising from stylist to artistic director. As a key member of the artistic team, she played an essential role in international shows, educational projects, and producing striking imagery for the salon and Trevor Sorbie’s product range. Her exceptional talent was recognized with several prestigious awards, including the BHA Newcomer of the Year, L’Oréal Colour Trophy Men’s, and Fashionista IT awards. She was also a finalist for the BHA Southern Hairdresser of the Year and BHA London Hairdresser of the Year awards. These accolades reflected her technical excellence and innovative approach to hairstyling, solidifying her reputation as one of the industry’s rising stars.
Her creative work on set ignited a passion for session styling, leading her to assist backstage at Fashion Week with some of the most influential figures in the industry, including Anthony Turner, Duffy, Eugene Souleiman, and Sam McKnight. This invaluable experience eventually earned her a place on Guido Palau’s core team, where she worked for 3½ years on some of the most prestigious global fashion shows and campaigns.
During her international work, Anna recognized a significant gap in the industry—hair professionals lacked easy access to the best styling tools. This realization led her to establish Sessionkit.com, where she serves as CEO and Founder. The platform curates and provides global access to the highest-quality hairstyling tools, ensuring professionals worldwide can work with the finest equipment. Since transitioning from Guido’s team, Anna has signed with the Julian Watson Agency, collaborating with renowned photographers like David Sims and contributing to esteemed publications such as British Vogue, Purple, AnOther, and Beyond Noise, further establishing herself as a leading creative force in the industry.
